How SUNFULL helps buyers verify compliance
Different projects require different documents. Before shipment, buyers should confirm whether the certificate scope, model name, connector type, grid standard, enclosure rating and label information match the ordered configuration.
EV Chargers
Common checks include CE, IEC 61851, connector standard, OCPP requirement, enclosure rating, meter accuracy, payment module and local installation rules.
Battery Storage
Common checks include battery chemistry, BMS protection, transport classification, cabinet design, communication protocol, inverter matching and fire-safety notes.
Hybrid Inverters
Common checks include grid code, phase type, MPPT range, battery voltage, protection design, monitoring method and installation environment.
RFQ Documents
For a clean quote, send destination country, installation type, required certificate, quantity, label language, delivery term and any tender document checklist.
Separate company systems, product files and local approvals
A document is useful only when its owner, scope, model and current validity match the procurement decision.
Company management systems
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 relate to the named organization's management-system scope. They do not by themselves certify an individual charger model.
Product compliance files
Match declarations, certificates and test reports to the exact model, input/output rating, connector, enclosure and configuration shown in the quotation.
Destination-market requirements
Importer, operator, installer, utility or local authority obligations remain separate. Confirm who owns registration, permitting, grid approval and site inspection before order.
Verification record
Record the document title, issuer, number, issue and expiry dates, covered model list and any public verification path in the procurement file.

Four checks for the document package
1. Identify the exact model
Use the same model code, rated voltage, power, connector and options in the quotation, datasheet, nameplate and compliance file.
2. Request the complete file
Ask for the readable document rather than relying on a gallery thumbnail. Confirm pages, annexes, covered standards and any model list.
3. Verify issuer and validity
Check the issuing body, certificate or report number, issue date, expiry date where applicable, and available issuer verification method.
4. Assign local responsibility
State who handles import registration, utility review, installation design, inspection and any destination-market approval not included in factory supply.
