Yes. All our CE-certified chargers come with a full Declaration of Conformity (DoC), test reports, circuit diagrams, and user manuals in English and German. We also provide the CE label file for affixing to each unit.
Can you provide MID-certified energy meters?
Yes. MID (Measuring Instruments Directive 2014/32/EU) compliant kWh meters are available as an option for public charging stations requiring billing-grade energy measurement in the EU.
Do you have EU-based after-sales support?
