After eighteen months of design, prototype, type-testing and field trials, our 800 kW liquid-cooled DC supercharger platform has cleared mass-production qualification and is now accepting commercial orders for delivery in Q3 2026. The new platform is the apex of our DC charger family and is targeted at highway corridor deployments, heavy-duty depot charging, and high-throughput retail forecourts where dwell times must be minimized.

Why liquid cooling at this power class

Air-cooled DC chargers can be engineered up to roughly 350-400 kW at acceptable noise and footprint. Beyond that, the thermal density of the silicon-carbide power modules and the connector itself drives a transition to liquid cooling. Our platform uses a closed-loop dielectric coolant circuit that runs through both the power-conversion stack and the CCS2 / GB/T cable assembly. The result: continuous 800 kW delivery in 45°C ambient, with cable mass roughly 30 percent lower than equivalent air-cooled designs and substantially lower fan noise.

Standards compliance and certification

The platform is fully compliant with EN IEC 61851-1 (general requirements), EN IEC 61851-23 (DC charging stations), and EN IEC 61851-24 (digital communication for DC charging control). Connector and ID-pin behavior follows EN IEC 62196-3 for CCS2 and GB/T 20234.3 for the GB/T outlet. CE LVD and EMC certification is included; UL 2202 and CSA C22.2 No. 281.1 are available for North American deployments on quote, with typical certification-completion timelines of 8 to 12 weeks from PO.

Communications and CSMS integration

Out-of-the-box support for OCPP 1.6J and OCPP 2.0.1 covers the vast majority of CSMS platforms in production today. The platform ships with ISO 15118-2 plug-and-charge support; ISO 15118-20 V2G semantics are available as a firmware update slated for late-2026 release in line with the broader industry adoption curve. Local payment terminal integration (Nayax, Worldline, Castles) is offered as a factory-fit option to satisfy AFIR Article 5 contactless-payment requirements in the EU market.

Configuration and dispensing options

The 800 kW platform is offered in three primary configurations:

  • Single-cabinet, dual-dispenser. One 800 kW power cabinet, two 400 kW dispensers, dynamic power sharing — the most common highway configuration.
  • Single-cabinet, four-dispenser. One 800 kW power cabinet, four 200 kW dispensers — preferred for high-utilization urban hubs and bus depots.
  • Distributed power blocks. Modular 200 kW power blocks that can be aggregated to 800 kW or beyond, with hot-swap module replacement for high-availability sites.

Lead time, MOQ and after-sales

Standard lead time is 60 to 90 days from PO for in-spec configurations. MOQ is one cabinet for sample / pilot orders. Volume pricing brackets begin at 10 cabinets and improve at 50 and 100 cabinets per shipment. Standard warranty is 24 months on the cabinet, 36 months on the cable assembly and dispensers, with 5-year extensions available. Spare-parts kits sized to 2-3 percent of order quantity are recommended for highway deployments where uptime is mission-critical.

Field experience to date

Twelve units have been in field trial since Q4 2025 across three Chinese highway service areas and two depot installations. Cumulative dispensed energy across the trial fleet exceeded 8 GWh as of February 2026 with no field failures. The longest single-session sustained-power test recorded 791 kW for 14 minutes (limited by the test vehicle's battery state-of-charge target, not the charger).
