Approved OEM partners receive territory exclusivity: SUNFULL will not supply identical products to other buyers targeting the same country or customer segment. Exclusivity agreements are included in the formal OEM contract.
Full IP Documentation

What is the minimum order for OEM branding?
1 unit for a sample with your branding. We recommend ordering 5–10 branded samples for complete market qualification before committing to a production run. For production orders, the minimum is 10 units per SKU for standard products.
What logo file formats do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, or SVG) are preferred for enclosure silk-screening and packaging. High-resolution raster files (300 DPI, PNG or JPEG) are acceptable for app/portal branding. We will send you a brand guide template after the order is confirmed.
How long does branded sample production take?
Standard timeline: 5–10 working days after receiving logo files and confirming firmware parameters. Shipping to your address: 5–10 days via DHL/FedEx express. Total 10–20 days from brief to doorstep.
Can we use our own OCPP backend instead of yours?
Yes. SUNFULL chargers are OCPP 1.6J and 2.0.1 compliant and work with any certified OCPP backend. We will configure the charger with your CSMS URL, client certificate, and authentication credentials before shipping.
What happens to the tooling/molds after production?
The molds belong to you once the NRE cost is paid. We store them at our factory for future production runs at no storage charge. You can request them transferred to another manufacturer at any time (subject to a transfer fee for logistics).
Do you offer exclusive distribution rights?
Yes. We offer exclusive distribution rights for specific countries or regions for approved OEM partners. The exclusivity terms are defined in the formal distribution agreement and typically require a minimum annual order quantity to maintain.
What certifications are included with OEM products?
OEM products use the same base certification files as the approved SUNFULL model being quoted. Buyers should confirm the exact certificate or test report by model, voltage, connector and enclosure configuration. Country-specific filing or approval should be reviewed with a local partner before batch orders.
Can we sell OEM chargers under our own certifications?
Yes, if your company holds or completes the relevant product approvals in your target market. SUNFULL can provide model datasheets, test reports and technical files for review, while the final local certification scope should be confirmed with the buyer's certification body or local consultant.
What is the typical production lead time?
Standard OEM production: 20–35 days after sample approval and deposit. Custom enclosure molds: add 30–45 days for tooling. Rush production available with a 15–20% surcharge for orders above $20,000.
How do you handle warranty for OEM products?
SUNFULL provides hardware warranty support according to the quoted model and contract terms. For OEM partners, we recommend defining spare-parts kits, remote diagnosis workflow, claim evidence, replacement parts and local service responsibility before shipment.
Can we get the app white-labeled in our company name?
Yes. The white-label app includes your logo, brand colors, and custom domain. It is published under your developer account (Apple/Google) or ours. The app connects to your OCPP backend and includes your support contact details. Turnaround: 15–20 days after brief.
What payment terms are available for OEM orders?
T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment for first OEM orders. L/C at sight or D/P available for established partners. Credit terms (O/A 30–60 days) for distributors with verified payment history and annual volume above $100,000.
