What warranty do you provide?
3-year warranty on hardware (chargers and BESS). Spare parts are dispatched within 48 hours for warranty claims. Remote diagnostics and firmware updates are provided free of charge during the warranty period.
Can we get samples before a bulk order?
Yes. Sample orders are accepted at unit price. We ship samples via DHL/FedEx within 3 working days of payment. Sample cost is credited against bulk orders above 50 units.
Do your chargers work with our local grid frequency?
SUNFULL configures chargers for 50Hz (EU, Africa, Asia) or 60Hz (Americas, Middle East) before shipment. Specify your grid frequency in the inquiry form and we will configure the unit accordingly.
Can your chargers be integrated into our existing backend?
Yes. Our chargers use open OCPP 1.6J / 2.0.1 protocols and can be integrated with any OCPP-compliant backend via a simple configuration change. We provide integration support and test accounts on our staging environment.
