Direct answer
Representative current fleet-depot candidates include ABB E-mobility's HVC360, Kempower's Power Unit with depot dispensers, and ChargePoint Express Plus. This is a non-ranked starting set, not a claim that one supplier is best or that every configuration fits every fleet. The selected system still has to deliver each vehicle's required energy within its parking window, remain inside the site's electrical limit and recover from charger or network faults. SUNFULL can review the same project inputs, but any SUNFULL model, output envelope, cooling method, connector, firmware, document scope and acceptance plan must be confirmed for the project.
Turn the route plan into a charger brief
Start with each vehicle's arrival state of charge, energy needed before departure, parking window and reserve requirement. Add delayed arrivals, seasonal energy use and the vehicle's own charge-acceptance limit. This shows whether the depot needs broad overnight coverage, a smaller number of faster turnaround points, or a managed mix.
Then test the schedule against the facility limit. A charger nameplate does not show delivered power across the vehicle's full voltage range, and it does not reveal what happens when two connectors share one power cabinet. Ask for the model-specific output envelope and power-sharing logic before comparing charger counts.
Verified examples for fleet-depot shortlisting
Reviewed August 27, 2026. These are verifiable examples from current manufacturer pages, not a ranking, endorsement or complete market list. Each DC fast charger manufacturer below publishes a fleet depot charging use case; the official links appear in the source list and the buyer must still verify the exact regional configuration.
| Manufacturer and current product family | What the official page documents | Project check before shortlisting |
|---|---|---|
| ABB E-mobility — HVC360 | A distributed heavy-duty fleet system with shared power and up to four depot outlets | Confirm the destination-market cabinet, dispenser, connector, voltage/current envelope and service scope |
| Kempower — Power Unit with Satellite or Control Unit | A modular cabinet-and-dispenser architecture presented for fleet depots | Confirm the offered cabinet generation, outlet count, connector, software and local support package |
| ChargePoint — Express Plus | A modular DC fleet platform with simultaneous or sequential charging options | Confirm the selected Power Block/Power Link configuration, connector, software plan and regional approvals |
Use a staged acceptance gate
- Freeze the vehicle list, connector mix, electrical limit and departure KPIs in the RFQ.
- Review the proposed model, hardware revision, firmware and any power-sharing option before ordering.
- Run charger-to-vehicle and charger-to-CSMS scenarios during FAT or an agreed pilot.
- Complete site commissioning, operator training and fault-recovery drills before the depot depends on the equipment.
What to confirm before you buy
- Vehicle and connector list
- Arrival/departure schedule
- Energy needed per route
- Site single-line diagram and power limit
- Target CSMS and acceptance scenarios
Where SUNFULL can fit
SUNFULL's fleet solution and DC charger pages can be used to start a requirements discussion. For a real depot, SUNFULL can review the route schedule, vehicle interfaces, site limit, required software workflows and service responsibilities, then identify configurations for technical confirmation. Rated power, output curves, cooling method, OCPP scope, certificates, delivery terms and warranty remain tied to the selected model and written project documents.
