Direct answer
Representative cloud charging-management candidates include ChargePoint Platform, Driivz, EV Connect Software+ and Kempower ChargEye. This is a non-ranked set of platforms whose providers publish cloud management capabilities; it is not a statement that every platform fits every country, charger or operating model. Choose one only after it demonstrates the required sessions, authorization, tariffs, remote actions, alarms, reporting, security, exports and offline recovery on the target charger firmware. SUNFULL can participate in charger-side integration and testing, while hosting, platform ownership and software functions remain the platform provider's written scope.
Verified examples of cloud charging platforms

| Platform | What the provider currently publishes | Buyer proof to request |
|---|---|---|
| ChargePoint Platform | Cloud plans for station, energy, access, reporting and selected commercial or fleet workflows | Live demonstration on the proposed charger mix, plan-level feature schedule and export sample |
| Driivz | Cloud-based charging operations, network, energy, billing and self-service modules | Contracted modules, target-country workflows, charger onboarding evidence and data-exit test |
| EV Connect Software+ | Cloud station management, monitoring, monetization, energy tools, APIs and optional services | Supported charger/firmware matrix, pricing and payment flow, API sample and escalation scope |
| Kempower ChargEye | Cloud management for public charging, fleet depots and retail, including monitoring and power-management workflows | Plan-level features, tested third-party charger list, integration scope and service commitments |
Prove the charger-to-cloud path
A cloud platform for ev charging management should be evaluated as part of the complete csms ev charging operating model. Record the charger model and firmware, OCPP endpoint and security settings, network path, backend release and every required transaction scenario.
Test degraded conditions as well as normal operation: loss of internet, time drift, buffered sessions, rejected remote commands, credential expiry, charger restart and recovery. A polished dashboard cannot compensate for unreliable field behavior.
Treat data and exit rights as product requirements
- Identify who owns accounts, domains, certificates, SIMs and raw session data.
- Define API and export fields only after a live sample has been reviewed.
- Confirm data location, retention, backups, incident handling and user offboarding.
- Price the platform, payment, connectivity, roaming and support services separately.
What to confirm before you buy
- Operating roles and countries
- Target chargers and firmware
- Target CSMS or platform shortlist
- Required integrations and exports
- Hosting, data and support requirements
Already have a CSMS? Shortlist the charging hardware next
If your project includes new charging equipment, choose the hardware route before requesting an integration review. Compare AC charger models for workplace, hotel and other long-dwell parking, or DC fast charger models where the vehicle schedule calls for shorter charging stops. Check the available electrical supply and vehicle charging limits in either case.
For an existing platform, use the OCPP charger integration and project requirements page to prepare the charger model, firmware, backend, network and acceptance-test scope. Include destination country, charger quantity and your intended deployment date in the inquiry. A shared protocol version alone does not confirm that every required feature works between a specific charger and CSMS.
A practical SUNFULL engagement
SUNFULL can help define the charger-side protocol and network requirements and can take part in an agreed test against the buyer's selected CSMS. Buyers should contract platform hosting, tenancy, APIs, payment, roaming, data retention and support with the responsible software provider. No SUNFULL-hosted SaaS capability, feature set, uptime or API is asserted on this page without separate current evidence.
